Client Modifications & Design Integrity

Unaltered Deliverables

The Client agrees not to edit, delete, or otherwise modify any design files, layouts, assets, or related materials (“Deliverables”) provided by the Company prior to the Company’s final delivery and acceptance of revisions.

Suspension or Termination

If the Client—or any third party acting on the Client’s behalf—makes changes to the Deliverables before completion, the Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate all further development work without liability.

No Co-Design or Endorsement

The Company shall have no obligation to co-design, review, or endorse any Deliverables that have been altered outside of its approved workflow.

Restoration & Additional Charges

Any work required to restore, rework, or reconcile modified Deliverables will be billed at the Company’s standard hourly rate and invoiced separately.


By engaging the Company’s services, the Client acknowledges and accepts these terms to preserve the integrity and consistency of the final web design.

Refund Policy

At BusinessXL CRM, we provide users with licensed access to our All-In-One marketing software, designed to streamline business operations and enhance productivity. Our software encompasses various features including Contact Manager (CRM), Email, SMS, Outbound Calling, Call Tracking, Form Builder, Survey Builder, Funnel Builder, Website Builder, Online Scheduling, Automation Campaigns, Reporting, and more.

Our refund policy is straightforward: We offer a 7-day free trial period during which you can explore the functionalities of our software. Following the trial period, we notify you in advance of upcoming billing. As such, we do not offer refunds after the designated bill date. To cancel your subscription, simply email [email protected]. Upon cancellation, access to our software continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

Please note that any approved refunds will incur a 4.5% Transaction Fee, imposed by the merchant processor, which is non-refundable to BusinessXL CRM and will be passed on to the client. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. To initiate a refund, please email us at [email protected] and request a Refund Authorization Form. Once authorized, approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Service Termination Clause

Client agrees not to modify, alter, or interfere with any contracted services (including but not limited to websites, AI bots, automations, or CRM setups) during the development or delivery phase. Any unauthorized tampering or alterations may result in immediate termination of services, at the sole discretion of Business XL.

If services are terminated due to a violation of this clause or any other Terms of Service, no refunds shall be issued. The project will be delivered “as-is” at the point of termination.

Refund Eligibility

All contracted services are eligible for a refund only within the first 7 calendar days of the initial payment. Any cancellations requested after the 7th day are non-refundable. In such cases, the services will be delivered “as-is” based on the work completed up to that point.

Authorized Payment Method

To facilitate payments for BusinessXL CRM, you must maintain a valid payment method on file with us. We will charge applicable fees to the Authorized Payment Method authorized by you. Charges will continue until this Agreement is terminated, and all outstanding fees have been settled.

Payment Agreement

By purchasing BusinessXL CRM, you agree to pay the specified amount for the selected plan at the time of purchase. Payment options include monthly or annual billing, depending on your chosen plan. Monthly payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the date of your initial purchase, while annual payments occur once a year on the same date.

You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, with changes taking effect immediately. Should you decide to cancel your subscription, ensure it is done before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. If canceled mid-cycle, access to our software will continue until the end of the billing cycle, with remaining balances remaining your responsibility. Please be aware that BusinessXL CRM reserves the right to modify pricing and payment terms at any time, with notice provided on our website and via email. Continued use of our product after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
