The following "Terms of Service" (referred to as the "TOS" or "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing your BusinessXL CRM account provided by Leads Collective LLC. Together with our Terms of Use and Leads Collective LLC Privacy Policy, these Terms of Service govern your use of the BusinessXL CRM website, its products, and materials (collectively, the "Site").

Leads Collective LLC provides users with licensed access to an All-In-One marketing software designed to streamline business operations and enhance productivity. This marketing software encompasses various features, including Contact Manager (CRM), Email, SMS, Outbound Calling, Call Tracking, Form Builder, Survey Builder, Funnel Builder, Website Builder, Online Scheduling, Automation Campaigns, Reporting, and more.

Use of BusinessXL CRM is subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that this Software as a Service is provided "AS-IS," and Leads Collective LLC assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, delivery problems, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

Changes to Terms

These Terms, or any part thereof, may be modified by us, including the addition or removal of terms at any time. Such modifications, additions, or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your use of the Websites after such posting shall constitute acceptance by you of such modifications, additions, or deletions.

Changes to Websites

We may change or discontinue any aspect, service, or feature of the Websites at any time, including, but not limited to, content, availability, and equipment needed for access or use.

Registration

You may be given the opportunity to register via an online registration form or by participating in Interactive Areas (as defined below), such as forums and other community features, to create a user account ("Your Account") allowing you to receive information from us and/or to participate in certain features on the Websites. By purchasing and/or using BusinessXL CRM, you represent and warrant that all information provided is current, complete, and accurate. You agree to maintain and promptly update your information on the Websites to ensure accuracy. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all connectivity, software, hardware, and other equipment needed for access to and use of the Websites and all related charges.

Authorization Charges

An authorization charge will be applied when you purchase our product to verify the validity of the card. This charge will be refunded immediately. Some transactions may take 2-4 business days to reflect in your bank account.

User Content Guidelines

You may submit content to Interactive Areas under certain conditions:

You are solely responsible for your use of any Interactive Areas.

User Content must comply with our guidelines.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a license to use it.

We may monitor and edit User Content at our discretion.

We are not responsible for the accuracy or credibility of User Content.

User Content Guidelines

Your conduct when accessing or using the Websites must comply with these guidelines:

Do not interfere with or disrupt the Websites.

Do not engage in any criminal activity.

Do not impersonate any person or entity.

Do not interfere with any other user's right to privacy.

Intellectual Property Rights

Web Forums

We may provide users with access to forums for submitting User Submissions. By submitting User Submissions, you grant us certain rights to use and distribute them. We reserve the right to monitor and edit User Submissions.

Outbound Marketing Costs

Please review the costs associated with using BusinessXL CRM for phone, email, and SMS services. Additional charges may apply beyond the standard subscription fee. You must maintain a minimum wallet balance to utilize our services.

Hardship Extension

Users facing significant hardship may request a one-month extension of their subscription period. Requests must be submitted to [email protected] with supporting documentation. The extension is granted at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

General Provisions

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. We may change this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Please review this Policy periodically for updates. Your use of the Site indicates your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Site or making any purchases.
